Repair Service Information


For the repair services, you may send your bag to the location as per below:

10am-5pm working hours

You may walk in or send us the bag via courier services.


Steps for working with repair services:

Step #1: Before sending the bag, please email us a few photos of the faulty components to hgng87@gmail.com or via Whatsapps.
With this stage, we can determine whether your bag is repairable or not.

Step #2: Please contact us with the tracking number once you have sent out the bag.

Step #3: Once we receive the bag, we will notify you and begin the repair process.
Repair Service. Lead time: 7–10 working days.

Step #4: When the repair is completed, we will send you the bag and notify you.


Terms & Conditions:

1. We do not bear any courier fees, whether you ship to us or we send to you.
2. For walk-in customers, you must retrieve the bag within 14 days of being notified; otherwise, we will dispose of it.
3. Once the repair is complete, we will ship the bag back to you as soon as you pay the courier fees. 

Remarks: 
Please provide us the bank transfer receipt once you have paid for the courier fees.
