WARRANTY & REPAIR SERVICE POLICY
As an established firm with a strong reputation for selling diapers and mommy bags, we offer a two-year warranty and lifelong repair services after that. Let’s start with an easy one: what the warranty covers.
The warranty covers:
1. manufacturing defects
The warranty doesn’t cover:
1. Wear and tear.
2. Non-manufacturing defects such as customer neglect, error, or maltreatment.
3. Defect on the zipper track (MUST verify during purchase)
However, if you discover a manufacturing defect(s) in one of our products, you may exchange it for a replacement.
Please notify us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours after receiving the product(s). You may mail us the receipt, defect(s), and tracking information. Furthermore, our QC department will assess whether to repair or replace the manufacturing flaws. If there are manufacturing faults that cannot be repaired, we will arrange an exchange for you within a week.
There are some requirements to be fulfilled for the exchange:
- The exchange will not be accepted if the product(s) have been used, discolored, or washed.
- The exchanged product(s) must be returned in its original packing, unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition, along with any connected accessories and documentation.
- All exchanged items must be sent to us at the customer’s own cost and risk. Customers shall be responsible for the delivery charges incurred when returning the products.

We strongly advise you to send the exchange product(s) to our warehouse by courier service so that we can provide you with a tracking slip.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the product(s) while returning it for an exchange.

Please appropriately pack the exchange product(s), as we do not want them to be damaged during transit.
There are NO returns and refunds after the purchase has been made.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE SECTION
- Minor loose threads, irregular folds or wrinkles caused by crumpling, color may vary somewhat from the images presented on our website.
- Item design differs slightly from the picture provided (e.g., the pattern).
- The exchange is not allowed if the size measurement differs ranging from 1-3cm.
- Sales clearance item is not exchangeable unless it is a manufactured defective item.
Please keep in mind that all measurements and colors shown are for reference only; they may vary by 1-3cm, and the color shown on different types of monitors may differ somewhat. If you are very picky about this, you have the option of not ordering from us to avoid further debate and argument.
Repair Service Policy:
If we discover that the manufacturing defect is repairable during the warranty period, we shall fix the product at our expense first, unless we discover that the problem is not repairable and the warranty is covered. Then we’ll exchange it for a new one.
After the warranty term, we will identify the problems and provide you with an approximate cost before beginning the repair on your bag.
